USCIS Announces the Family Reunification Parole Process

Beginning on July 31st of this year, USCIS has begun sending invitations to eligible Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative petitioners for the Family Reunification Parole process for Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.

Recipients of those invitations will be able to file Form I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support under the FRP processes for beneficiaries and their families originating from the above-mentioned countries.

This presents a secure and legal way for prospective immigrants from these countries to gain parole for themselves and their families.

These invitations will be sent out via email and/or regular mail, and there will be an online tool on the USCIS website where you can check if you’ve been sent an invitation.
