USCIS will launch organizational accounts and online filing of Forms I-129.

USCIS announced that in February 2024, it will launch online organizational accounts and make Form I-129 available for online filing for H-1B petitions for the 2025 Fiscal Year. Once launched, H-1B petitioners will be able to file forms I-129 and associated Form I-907 premium processing requests through their organizational account, have a legal representative file online on their behalf, or file a paper-based Form I-129. The H-1B registration process is only available online.

USCIS announces that all legal representative account holders and all organizations with an H-1B registrant account will experience new account enhancements, including improved design and case management features.

USCIS will host two national engagements on organizational accounts leading up to the H-1B registration period to help guide organizations and legal representatives through the process.
