Uscis issues guidance on expiration of medical forms.

USCIS has issued guidance regarding the evidentiary value of Form I-693, the medical form submitted with Adjustment of Status applications, clarifying that a properly completed medical form signed by a civil surgeon on or after November 1, 2023 does not expire.  Guidance is effective immediately.
