Eligibility and process for new Parole in Place

To be considered for the new program on a case-by-case basis an individual must

Be present in the US without admission or parole

Have been continuously present in the US for at least 10 years on June 17, 2024

Have a legally valid marriage to a US citizen on June 17, 2024

Will also consider noncitizen children of potential requestors if they are physically present in the US without admission or parole and have a qualifying stepchild relationship with a US citizen as of June 17, 2024

Steps to apply will be published soon and applications prior to publication will be rejected.
