USCIS provides information on requesting I-765 refunds for Ukrainian parolees

USCIS will refund the filing fee paid for an initial Form I-765 if the applicant was paroled under Uniting for Ukraine or a Ukrainian paroled between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2023, filed the initial form I-765 between May 21, 2022 and November 21, 2022 based on parole and paid a filing fee of $410.
